Does anyone know if there is a time limit in which ethics exam needs to be passed after you pass the CPA exam in NC. I took my last exam on July 20th, 2012 and passed the exam. I am nearing my work experience requirement or I may have already got it ( i did a 4 month tax internship, and I have worked at big 4 for 10 months now).

Also how do you take the Ethics CPE?

I'm going through the application process and don't see anything about a time limit. Check Page 2 of the application, it does say that you need to complete the ethics exam within one year of applying. It also lists where you can sign up for the exam, either in person or online.

Its my understanding that there is not an ethics exam in NC, only an ethics course.
