Hi all, my prospective employer wants a written proof that I passed my CPA exam, as CA candidate I told him I can log in to my CBA account you can check there, being from old school he said we are not allowed to do that, we need written document. I called CBA to provide me a congratulatory letter earlier if possible (as i need next week) they told me you passed exam first week of Dec wait till first week of Feb, 2014 can’t process earlier. Any advice please how I can satisfy them.

^ good idea, but OP will be better off just waiting for the letter because it will take CA too long to respond to the request.

Shawn7 – my letter stating I passed didn't take 2 months to come in the mail, hoping the same for you!

Maybe I'm not understanding the problem correctly. They want it on paper, right? Can't you just print out your score reports?

    REG 10/12/13 - 94
    FAR 10/17/13 - 93
    AUD 11/11/13 - 92
    BEC 11/20/13 - 87

When I log in, it says, “Welcome Ms. Runnerup to your California…”

Underneath that, it shows my application ID number.

On the status page, it shows my scores, along with the same application ID number from the first page.

Would a printout of those two pages suffice in providing written documentation of the applicant and test credits/dates?

@Shawn7 February seems like a lengthy estimate. Within 2 weeks of passing my final section my congratulatory letter was sent out.
