Hi Everyone! I’m excited I found this wonderful forum. I am in my last semester of grad school and intend to start studying for the CPA exam in June.

I’ve read here one of the best ways to study is to work as many MCQs as possible. My question is whether or not one source (be it Becker, Wiley, Yaeger, etc) would provide sufficient number of questions to study or if an investment in multiple review sources is recommended. Are there up-to-date free test bank resources available?

Like most of you, I only want to take this exam ONCE so I appreciate any input.

    Thanks!

i am doing my masters currently and studying for the cpa at the same time. my first exam is in a week. i would definately reccommend more than one review course and doing tons of questions over n over works for me…i was able to get becker 2009 with over 800 passmaster questions. I purchased wiley testbank that has 1000 questions and cpareviewforfree with 555 questions has been good practice too… the reason why more than one course is good is that you while see a few familiar questions amongst them all. there are also alot of questions that are exclusive to each course… goodluck

More power to you for doing both!! I considered it, and actually part of our curriculum was completing the review of all 4 parts of the exam using the Wiley CDs. I feel I have a good start. I just could not stand the thought of working FT, taking grad classes AND studing for the CPA exam.

I appreciate your advice. I did not realize the cpareviewforfree had so many questions. That will help. I originally considered Becker but am now leaning towards Yaeger which uses the Wiley test bank.

Best of luck to you on your exam.
