I was ready to head out the door when I looked at the date on my confirmation – YESTERDAY. I’m panicking now because I’m not sure if NYS will let me reschedule this testing window? I didn’t cancel the exam I guess I was just a no-show. Will I be able to reschedule even if my NTS doesnt expire until February? I was trying to avoid the IFRS… HELP!

Have you called Prometric? My assumption would be that you will just need to reschedule with them and pay a reschedule fee as long as you still have time left on your NTS???

if your NTS is about to expire then you are good just get a new NTS you will have to pay ALL fees and you should be good

I missed an exam due to the flu – TSBPA told me it would take 10 – 14 days for them to get notification that I had missed the test. Once that happened they said I could reschedule during the same testing window. If you contact your folks it may help shave a couple days off the process.

This happened to me as well. However, today was my last day for the NTS. I went to re-register for a new NTS, but the exam that I need to take is not clickable. Does the system just need to update?

I know that you can only take the exam once each window, but I did not take the exam — I missed it. Does anyone know the procedure as to what to do?

I am from MA, by the way, if that helps.
