so let’s say I got licensed in one of these States, does that mean that I’m legally authorized to work within that State only? and how can I get licensed in more than one State in this case?

You're licensed to do accounting in that state, but a lot of states have mobility with each other now, where a certain amount of work that involves another state can be done without getting a license in that state.

This is a good place to start: https://www.aicpa.org/Advocacy/State/Mobility/Pages/default.aspx
