    Is it appropriate to add CPA after your name on linkedin? (once you get it)

    I’ve seen some people who do and some who don’t. I’ve noticed some don’t if they work for big public firms, which I think is because the client might take notice or something ( they dont put it on business cards either).

    Any thoughts on this?

    Why not? Linkedin is a

    networking site, CPA is a state granted title display it proudly :). Would I do it for Facebook? That would be LOL

    Only if you are licensed to hold yourself out as a CPA.

    You might want to include what state John Smith, CPA (CA) for instance.
