So I finally became certified under Illinois board, however IDFPR (licensing authority in IL) got my last name completely wrong!! Whats weird is ILBOE (Illinois Board) has the correct name under their website. I have been trying to reach IDFPR through their toll number listed at their website and haven’t had any success. I also sent multiple emails with no response! Does anyone have any idea on how to get a hold of them? Appreciate all of your help in advance!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your license application. I received my license last week but I made about 3 calls prior to that and they have been responsive. There was a couple of times when it was a long wait… about 15 minutes wait but they answered and I was actually able to speak to a person every time. Are you calling this number 1-800-560-6420?
I know they also have another number but they would only take international calls on that line.
Also, I am assuming you signed up for online access at IDFPR right? https://ilesonline.idfpr.illinois.gov/DFPR/Default.aspx
Did you sign up before ILBOE forwarded your scores? Because that's what I did and then I just got an email from IDFPR October 2nd that they have received my scores from ILBOE. Then I did the online application right away and uploaded the VA-PAE.
