    After passing all sections of the AICPA Exam and the Professional Ethics Exam, I am planning to be back to and work in Hong Kong. However, I want to apply my license in the state of Iowa. Do you think my state accepts overseas work experience? Also, I want to ask if I will receive a congratulatory letter automatically after I passed all sections of the AICPA Exam. What paperwork I need to fill out before applying a license.
