So I failed FAR and lost my AUD credit this window. I need to pass FAR and AUD by 5/31 to not lose REG credit.

    Do we think it’s possible?

Please someone tell me that it is.

I am on the verge of throwing in the towel on accounting and heading for the forest to be a lumberjack…

Since you have experience in both AUD and FAR, I think you can pass both exams by 2 months study.

In my opinion, spend less time on AUD and focus on your weak parts of FAR.

I think 2 to 3 weeks to review AUD and the abuot 5 weeks to review FAR should be enough because you already study most of the material.

Don't doubt, everything is possible! Don't give up! You can do it!

Yes you can! Those two parts are really good to study close to each other because concepts from FAR are good to know for AUD. You just took FAR, so concentrate on your weak parts of it first before you forget more. Then work on AUD.

    FAR - 92 --- AUD - 87 --- REG - 80 --- BEC - 87

I think you can do it. I'm in a similar situation with FAR. I got a 73 last time (before 2011) and I'm about to lose AUD. I think your study tactic would depend upon work experience. I audit gov/non profit so I spend less time studying that and more on other standards (which is unfortunately, the majority…)

@skigirly33, it's nice to see another govt auditor on here. That's what I do with a little tax work thrown in for good measure.
