I mailed my application into the State Board on June 24th and received my License Number on August 19th. The letter from the State Board that notified me that my application was approved said to allow 12 weeks to receive the certificate. Has anybody else from NC received their certificate recently and did it take the full 12 weeks or 3 months for it to arrive?

You are licensed as soon as you are notified, but if you are talking about an actual physical certificate, it probably does take a while to get that. The one's I've seen are pretty big (11 x 14, maybe?) that are signed by president/chair of board and a couple other people
