Has anyone recently filled out an application for an IL license? I completed the Ethics exam and now I just need to send in my application. Is it just one application I need to send? I’m a bit confused as I’m looking at the IDFPR website. There are two links for a form:

Licensed Certified Public Accountant – Acceptance of Exam

Licensed Certified Public Accountant – Endorsement

The PDF’s look like the exact same thing… so I can just click on either one of these and follow the instructions, correct?

FAR - 2012 - PASSED (YAEGER)
AUD - 2012 - PASSED (YAEGER + NINJA NOTES)
BEC - 2012 - PASSED (YAEGER + NINJA NOTES)
REG - 2013 - PASSED (YAEGER + NINJA NOTES + NINJA AUDIO)

ETHICS - 2013 - PASSED
