Does someone know the timeline for the GA process? Also, if it takes long, can I put in my application before I attain the required 30 hours of upper level accounting?

I need 3 more hours which I am taking this semester at the University of North Alabama.

You probably figured it out already but I am going to answer anyways, it might be helpful for other people applying for license in Georgia.
I had to get the license before December 1 so it was very stressful.
I was transferring the scores from California. It took them exactly a month to process my transferring request.

Oct 17 – Completed licensing application on NASBA website
Oct 19 – email: “All documentation to accompany your online application has been received and your application has been placed in the initial evaluation stage. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for this initial evaluation”.
Nov 8 – email: “The initial evaluation of your application is complete and your file is being sent to our Quality Assurance department for review. Please allow 10 business days for the quality assurance review.”
Nov 12 – email: “The Quality Assurance review of your application and supporting documentation is still in process”.
Nov 14 – I called NASBA and asked to talk to Georgia coordinator (extremely helpful, patient and and nice person, appreciate his help a lot!!). He told me that my QA review was already finished and my application will be sent to the Board either on Friday or next week. They usually send applications to the Board every other week. Also he told me that it takes the Board up to five business days to post the new licenses to cpaverify.org.
Nov 17 – email: “Our application has been found eligible for licensure by NASBA and has been presented to the Board of Accountancy for final approval”.
Nov 19 – email: “On behalf of the Board of Accountancy, the National State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) is pleased to inform you that your application has been approved”. Around this time I could see my license number on the application website but without the issuance date. However, that's the date when my license was actually issued.

Dec 4 – I could see my license on cpaverify.org.
Dec 7 – got the license in mail.
