    Hi everyone,

I’m currently reviewing the work experience verification form for Florida. There are two boxes:

1.) The first box says that the undersigned has had one year of experience….etc.

2.) The second box says “has had at least five years of work experience after licensure, etc.

Any idea what the second box is about? How does one have 5 years experience after licensure when trying to apply for a license? Are they saying that the “verifier” has to have 5 years of experience?

    7. Does Florida require work experience?

Yes, if you are using the old rule education requirements. Depending on the date you initially sat for the CPA exam you will be required to show either one year or five years of work experience.
