I’m doing my final review for FAR currently and was wondering at what point if any do most people go back to lectures or text during the final weeks. As of now my review consists of mainly of doing as many questions as possible and writing out cards and notes for them, as Jeff and many others siuggest. However, on a few topics I feel like it might be a good idea to rewatch the lecture to refresh the concepts in their entirety.

At what point do you shiftt focus from questions to concepts? ..if ever.

on the day of exam(if testing in the afternoon) or the night before, I would HIGHLY

recommend reading Jeff's Ninja notes on FAR(I know it made a world of difference to me).

Also, if you need to memorize any formulas or topics, I would write them out on a note

card and try to memorize them RIGHT BEFORE walking into the prometric center and

write them down on your scrap paper as soon as you sit to take your test(do it before

    your clock starts)……..G'Luck!

I always like to start off with concepts…watching lectures, reading the ninja notes, or the explanation chapters of Wiley. Then I start going through and doing MCQ's for each chapter. In the last few days before a test, I am 100% about practice exams. Usually in the Gleim test bank, I'll clear out ALL the performance data up to that point, then I'll do a bunch of 30 question testlets across all chapters. I can see my score on these testlets as an overal measure of how i might do on the exam, and can go back to the performance graphs to see what specific areas I'm still weaker on.
