The experience application states, “Describe in a separate attachment, the accounting experience which, in your opinion, was of a type and quality to demonstrate competence by the applicant for holding out to the public as a CPA and to practice as such. Please provide adequate details to allow the experience to be evaluated.”

Can anyone provide an example of what they submitted?

What state are you a candidate in? They may allow people to help you more since the requirements vary state to state.

It also never hurts to call or email your state board if you would like any clarification on what exactly they're looking for.

I'm in CT and we only have a form to fill out, there is no statement.
