I am a little confused guys. I have taken 3 parts of the exam, and am about to take the fourth.

I paid for the NTS and the application fee with CPAES.

However that is not the same as the first time licensing application as NY?

Was I supposed to do that before I took the exam? I mean ultimately it doesn’t matter because I have already done it this way, but was I supposed to fill that application out and pay the $377 beforehand, or is that after you pass the exam? Will there now be a problem with my license?
