Hi everyone,
nI am about to take the ethics exam. I purchased the CD format. I noticed that you can view and print the PDF of the questions if you have to complete it using the answer sheet. Are these the same questions tha will appear when you do it online? Do the questions change each time you redo it if you do not get 90%?

I got the book version of the AICPA Ethics Course but I would imagine the CD is the same concept: the 40 questions are the exact questions you will do online.

I went through the questions and found the answers (I didn't read the entire book). Go online and enter your answers. If you make less than 90%, you have to retake the exam. They will not indicate which ones you got wrong and I guess it is the same questions. You get three attempts to make 90% and after that, you have to mail your scantron sheet to them.

It's really not too bad. Took me about 6 hours but I was at work and being interrupted a lot.n

@CPAWannaBe – Thank you for your information/insight. I received the book in the mail last week and just started to look at it last night. Good to know that those questions in the back of the book are the ones I will get when I take it on-line. Thanks!!

@pankitp Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question – but an easy way to get around this would be to go through the paper test as your time allows and then you can go on-line and enter your answers off of the paper test.n

Thanks for the answers everyone. Going through the paper questions now. I think it would have been easier to get the textbook as it is easier to skim for the answers than the CD.n

nCan you do a word search on the CD? I thought that may help you find the answers faster.

nYou can take you time answering the questions before you go online. Once online, it is just a scantron sheet to fill out. It only takes a few minutes. I would finish it in one session though to make sure it keeps your answers. You get your score when you complete the scantron.n

Hutch is correct. To anyone reading this I strongly recommend the textbook over the CD. Just took it last night and got through it all while watching a movie. The questions seemed to go in the order of the material which was nice.n

nthanks to them i did minimal work like watch video lectures and minimum homework questions and read my notes which put it all togethern

I ended up just printing the questions on paper and doing them without even touching the CD. I knew about 30-35 of them and checked on the CD via the index for the answers to the rest.
nProbably took an hour in total, was pretty easy.n
