Hello everyone, I am currently waiting for my (hopefully) last test score next Thursday on 11/4. I think there is a chance I passed FAR, but I really think the SIMS got me.

Anyways, I found out today that I can take the ethics exam anytime I want, so I was going to try and get it out of the way next week while waiting on my score. (need to get my mind off of it)

Does anyone know about how many hours it will take me? Also, does it count for CPE?

    Which ethics exam?

AICPA ethics took me just north of 4 hours, but my test crashed halfway through. BTW, all the test questions are at the end of the PDF guide so you can actually answer them on paper before you take the test online. I didn't realize that when I took it, which would have been nice to know on the front end.

    4 for 4

    FAR 85
    AUD 94
    BEC 86
    REG 90

My ethics exam is through the MSCPA (Missouri Board). When I purchased on their website, it didn't give me an option for a PDF. They are actually sending me a hard copy. Hopefully the test questions are in the back as well.

I took my Ethics exam from Oregon today and what I took was the “Professional Ethics:AICPA's Comprehensive guidelines.”It is a self paced, open book exam. and I thought the passing was 90%.

When I took the test, I was expecting 40 questions, but I saw that there were 45 questions on the back of the book. and I saw 46 questions alone. So I was compelled to leave one blank.Additionally I scored 39% on my test which is ridiculous because I know I wasn't wrong. Inaddition, the “failing” certificate said that the passing is 70%.

So now I'm all confused.Does anyone have any experience with this.I am totally bummed about failing the Ethics exam.
