    Hi all,

Going to get ahead of myself a little here, but I am awaiting my last score today and should I pass, I want to move directly on getting my license ASAP. I read that the ethics exam is a part of getting this done first for Colorado…I think it is just the AICPA exam or whatever. Can some please let me know what I need to do to take this and is there any kind of study material. I read something about it being completely online and open book or something like that. So something I could knock out on a Saturday at my own leisure?

Anyways, any guidance would be helpful. I googled this topic, but nothing really showing up. Just bits and pieces, but I just want a lehman’s here’s what you do. Would be good to have a sticky on this subtopic as well.

    F AR - 76
    B EC - 82
    A UD - 77 (lost credit)/Retake 2/25
    R EG - 80

Sorry for the late response so you may have your answer already, but it is the AICPA Ethics course/exam. You just select the one that is for the CPA requirement, not just CPE. You'll need to pass the exam at the end with a 90% or better. I did it over the course of a day or two with a few breaks because it's not terribly exciting. It really isn't difficult tho

    BEC - 02/21/15 - 82
    FAR - 05/29/15 - 82
    AUD - 07/09/15 - 93
    REG - 11/14/15 - 80

    All done!!!
