    Hi
nI am a CO candidate and am about to order the Ethics course. Is there any significant difference between the book and the cd-rom? Any recommendations on which to get?

I remember reading some issues regarding an online registration code not coming with the book?n

Hutch – I used the cd, and passed with a 93 the first time ('08). I was able to purchase it cheaper as being a candidate member of my CPA society in IL (60.00 vs 120.00?) than from the AICPA directly. I liked the cd program. It prompts you through each section and I printed what I needed / what I wanted to study with as I went through it. Hope this helps.n

Another question I forgot to ask,

    n

Are the ethics questions the same all the time? i.e. if you fail and then redo it, are the questions the same?n

I took it back in '08 and I heard it was easier now (just my luck) and less questions. You have three times to take it on-line then you have to take it on scantron. I believe the questions are the same the first thru third times, and the fourth is a new test. I was determined to get it done in the first shot after struggling with the CPA exams so much so I didn't get past that point.

    I hope this helps!n
