Hi Guys,

Recently passed the CPA exam and now looking at the Ethics exam, had a few questions listed below, if you could help with any I’d appreciate it!

Q1) I read you get 3 tries then you have to mail in the paper for a fourth try. What happens if you fail it a 4th time? Hopefully it won’t come down to that though!

Q2) Is the ethics exam timed??

Q3) After the exam I believe I read you get the score right away, does it show you which you passed/failed?

Q4) Any tips?

@Jay – Are you talking about the AICPA ethics exam? If so, I wouldn't worry about it! So here's what I did: I purchased the PDF book and took the test online. In the back of the book, there is an exam. I printed that out and went through looking for the answers (took about an hour). I just hoped that at least some of the questions were on the test…and it turned out that WAS my exam. That part took me about 10 minutes, but I didn't notice a timer. I heard it was timed, but couldn't see proof of that. You do know the score right away, but you don't know what you got wrong. So if for some reason you do have to take it again, you have to figure out which ones to change.

Also, there is a 20% code through the end of the year that you can use to help lower the cost.
