Now I just finished all 4 exams. What should I do next? Towards the licensing process, how hard is the ethics exam, how to register for it and how its preparation should be!?? I appreciate sharing your experience.

Congrats on passing! You answered your own question; move towards the licensing process. Get that rolling!

You purchase the material from the AICPA, and that includes the “exam” at the end. Mine was a little more than 40 MCQs. It's open book and you have multiple attempts. It took me about 6 hours one afternoon and passed it on the first attempt. To my knowledge there's no time limit either. Super simple and straightforward, I found it hard to believe that it was the same group that creates the CPA exams.

I'm going to have to take this as well. I am currently using UWorld Roger CPA Review to study for all of the exam parts, and know that the Ethics part will be my last step.

California Ethics is harder than BEC. I recommend filling out all the questions, then before submitting, print it. If you fail, you'll get an email with only the answers as to why you got something wrong – they don't give you the question again in the failure email. Then the second retake, you'll know which ones to select, then you'll pass.

In my opinion, pass everything FAST when you have the energy, so you can truly rest after passing everything.
