Can any of you offer any opinions/guidance on the ethics exam. I feel like I have read mixed things on it. Just sharing your experience with the exam would be very helpful! Thanks!

Which state are you from? We have specific ethics exam in California.

FAR: 81 (May 2013)
BEC: 81 (July 2013)
REG: 83 (August 2013)
AUD: 82 (November 2013)

Yep, really state dependent from what I've read. The IL one wasn't too bad. They have a video lecture to walk you through “ethics” and then you take a test at the end. Nothing too difficult.

Yep, the ethics exam was a pain but thanks to the tips on this forum I was able to finish within a few days.

I just attempted my first try for Ethics Exam and got 58% score.

Its very hard for me to read and then figure correct answers. Can someone please help.

I am in North Carolina. So you just purchase the study materials and take the exam at the end? About how long does it take and what's the passing score/how any tries?

I had a choice between a paper back book or a cd-rom version. Thought cd-rom was an easy ctrl+f thing i can just look up key words but it was a long video showing different senarios that i had to actually pay attention to to answer the questions. I'd rather flip through pages than have to sit through those videos
