I am from Minnesota (a NASBA state) and I am looking for someone who knows a thing or two about how to go about taking the ethics exam? I am searching NASBA’s website but not finding anything. Thanks for the help!

Its like a mystery trying to find out any information about it! I've conducted multiple Google searches as I await a knowledgeable response to this inquiry but I can't find a thing!

I am in MN as well. I just received a letter from the state confirming my passing scores on the exams and I think it mentioned the ethics exam. I'll take another look at the letter tonight and update you in the morning.

@henryv- You can go to this website for the California Ethics exam, this is where you buy the material and then log in to take the test https://www.calcpa.org/Content/educationfoundation/candidates.aspx

@bcjasper09- I think NASBA states take the AICPA Ethics exam so maybe check out that website.

    AUD- 72, 85
    REG- 74, 83

The Ethics exam doesn't rest on whether or not you're a NASBA state. Both MA and CT are NASBA states – CT requires you to take the AICPA ethics exam, MA does not have an ethics requirement (as of 2 years ago, but I believe it hasn't changed).

Your State board can instruct you on what your specific state's requirements are.

The letter from Minnesota referred me to the AICPA.

    State board.

I ordered the book & plan to knock it out soon. What I could not find on the information area was if I can take the ethics exam before I finish the last cpa exam or not. It never said. I figure I'll play it safe – and while I'm waiting for my final scores I will complete ethics & send it in.

    FAR 11/2012: 80
    AUD 2/19/2013: 90
    REG 5/14/2013: 76
    BEC 11/2013: 85
    Ethics: 100
    Waiting on the packet....
