Ethics and Regulation in the same testing window? Is it allowed?

    Anyone has info whether Ethics can be taken in the same week with Regulation? Is it allowed at all?

    I don't see a reason why it wouldn't be – I think I read somewhere that a candidate finished ethics before finishing the 4 exam parts. Might be state by state though?

    It is state by state. For WA and other states, both AICPA and WA state ethics must be completed after passing all four exams. Check your state website for rules.

    I finished ethics recently with only 3 exams passed and it was allowed (VA).
