So i tried taking the ethic exam today. Briefly scan the text (almost 300 pages) then just jump right into taking the exam. I figure I took audit not too long ago, so I should retain some stuff. End up getting 70% >_<. need a 90% to pass. I submitted it early mainly to see how the grading works. Since you get 3 chance, the questions do not change so I guess that makes it easier. Its not a cakewalk as I thought it would be. Well that’s my rant for now :p

ahhh just finish ethic on the 3rd attempt. 96% woot now I'm officially done with this CPA exam.

Congrats! Question: what happens if you dont get a passing score during those 3 attempts? pay again for retake?

No clue. I email the board, but figuring it is Sunday nobody is going to reply till Monday at the earliest. I'll update this when I get the email reply.

Order the CD version and watch the whole lecture while taking the exam. The answers are basically given word-for-word in the video or in the links provided in the video.

Depends on your state board. Most require it, some don't.
