Due to a childish mistake a few years ago I have a suspended imposition of sentence that I have properly disclosed to NASBA and the MO Board of Accountancy. It is not for anything considered an ethical violation etc., I am not worried about that jeopardizing my licensing.

My question is whether or not my experience endorser also needs to sign all of the documentation I included regarding the SIS on my license application.

Any help is appreciated.
