Does CPE taken BEFORE passing CPA count?

    Hey, I am working as an auditor for a CPA firm and I have completed some CPE courses as part of my training. I was wondering if these courses will count towards my 120 credit limit as I have not yet passed all 4 parts.

    In some states they will and in others they won't. Best bet is to check with your state board.
