Have a link to where the practice SIMS are on the AICPA website. I can’t seem to find them as hard as I have looked. I have heard the Becker SIMS are a little easier and would like to get some practice elsewhere since I have heard the AICPA SIMS are more in line with what you are inclined to see on the exam.

Can you tell us how you able to pass BEC within 3 weeks? What review material, study schedule, etc…? thank you

I have a CMA certificate. So I took the BEC exam first since the material was fresh in my head. If BEC is a real struggle I suggest getting the HOCK study material for it. I used them to get my CMA. Its a great review program. They specialize in CMA and CIA review. But the point is if BEC has been a major struggle it might be time to switch it up a bit and try a different approach. You will have to jump around to find the sections that apply to the BEC exam of course because its not catered to the CPA. But their sections on WIP, variance, costing theory etc. is a great read for core competency. I also splurged a bit and got the BISK self tutorial (no videos). Its very good too, but the test bank takes forever to load between questions. BISK tends to hound you while your studying BTW, you will get calls from their reps to make sure your on track and studying haha so be prepared for that. I have to admit when i took BEC some of the questions were right out of the BISK book. I caught myself laughing on the exam. Dont get me wrong a 3 week binge is not the way to go. I barely passed. Soley relied on retention from wrapping up the CMA and crammed it up with BISK and HOCK.

BEC is weird since there are a lot of topics to study plus all the formulas. I'll stick with my study plan and hope for the best. thank you and good luck.
