Hey everyone I passed all the section. I have few quick questions about the application process. I found a form 1 on the website and filed it out. Now all do I get in notarized and send the check? Also, when do I contact my former controller to have him fill out 4B form? Also does anyone know the turnaround for this? Btw this is a license in NY. I appreciate any help or guidance.
