I need my former employer to sign me off for my experience. I worked there for about 2 years – part time, and we didn’t really keep any logs/time sheet…Can I just estimate my hours?

MimiTheFighter – I recommend calling your state board to ask for clarification. I think it depends on how comfortable your previous boss is with your work over the two years. The form for my state makes a big deal about the CPA endorsing the work of a candidate. If you guys have a good relationship and worked well together, you should be fine.
