Hey everyone,
I have a couple questions specifically for those NJ CPA who gained their required work experience in the private industry. Below is the link and it’s page 15.
My boss wants me to create a developmental plan to help me get My license. In the Private Industry section, do I have to perform all the tasks that are listed or are there certain areas I can skip? I’m sure I can’t skip any Internal Audit tasks. My boss suggested getting the tax preparation experience outside of work (I’m hoping to avoid that however).
Let’s say I do about 75% of the tasks the application lists, will that be acceptable to be licensed?
I called My state board but look like they’re gone for the weekend.
Thanks in advance.
