Most of this goes without saying, but out of necessity, I need to reiterate a few friendly “Guidelines” for the Forum:
1. All comments must adhere to the AICPA disclosure rules that you agreed to when you took your exam.
Basically, don’t divulge or even hint at what sections were tested or what simulations you had.
I will give one gentle warning for the first offense. Two strikes and you’re out, unfortunately.
OK: “Man, that exam was horrible – nothing I studied was on my exam…horrible experience.”.
Not OK: “Man, that exam was horrible – I had a bunch of ____ calcs and sims over _____ and _____ – why in the world would they give me those sims???”
2. Re-selling your exam materials or posts relating to illegally extending exam material licenses is not allowed.
3. If you’re rude to me (Jeff), I will probably laugh. If you’re rude to others and are obnoxious, I will probably not laugh, so please be nice 🙂
4. Libelous, Slanderous, or otherwise Disparaging remarks about an individual, entity, or even Almighty God (well, God can take care of Himself…that’s between you and Him) are not allowed.
5. Please report any and all infringing posts or comments to jeff@another71.com and I will take care of them as soon as I possibly can.
Finally, here’s the official “Terms of Use” of Another71.com and all related sites. I stole parts of it from a friend, who is an attorney.
