Hello there to all you fine CPA’s and soon-to-be CPA’s,
I have a question relating to CPA’s working abroad. I have recently passed the CPA exam, and will be formally certified in the next few months. Starting next year, however, I will be working in the UK. While not formally required, I was hoping to become certified as a charted accountant (“CA”). Is there reciprocity, such that my CPA certification will allow me to forgoe sitting for the CA examinations, or will it be necessary to go through that process?
Any guidance relating to this would be much appreciated.
