Cleared all the exams. What to do next for Massachusetts non reporting license?

    I cleared all the 4 exams. What to do next to get Massachusetts Non Reporting License. I read some where that we will get the congratulatory letter from the board and after that only will be able to apply for non reporting license. Do I need to do anything before I get the congratulatory letter??
