Can your experience come from different jobs?

I am applying for my license in Colorado and have a question on the experience. The application says this:

“Only submit the work experience which qualifies you for licensure: Not less than one year and not
more than three years, with a minimum of 1,800 hours completed within five years years preceding
    the date of application”

I have the experience, but do not have one CPA that sign off for a full year’s experience, unless my manager’s manager can sign off. Due to me changing jobs and my manager’s changing jobs I haven’t had a CPA direct manager for a full year. I’ve been at my current job for 10 months, so could wait two months to apply, or I could contact my former manager’s manager who I worked with for over a year. She was only my direct manager for about 8 months though, but prior to that she was my manager’s manager.

    Thanks!

Call your state board of accountancy and ask them. I don't work with any CPA's at all, but my state allowed me use the lead auditor who has audited my work for the past 8 years. They also said I could have used either of 2 Board of Director members. I found them exceptionally easy to work with. I'm not in Colorado so they may not be as lenient.

In case anyone else has a similar question, I received a response today that your experience can come from different jobs, but you need to submit different forms.
