Hi all-
I recently ran into an issue where the CPA I worked for during my tenure at a non-public company had an expired license which left me 8 months short of the 1 year needed for the experience requirement. My only other option for this is a Financial Reporting Consultant that came in and worked for the company for about a year. She did review and evaluate my work, had authority, and was on full time. Will her signing off on my experience be OK with no risk to either of us? Any help would be much appreciated as this is my final option or I will not be able to get licensed.
