California Ethics Exam Now Changes Upon Fail????

    So from talking with coworkers, I was under the impression that if you fail the ethics exam, you will get to retake the same exam again. Upon fail #1(86%) I received a completely different exam and after fail #2(88%) also completely different. Is this a new thing or do they just hate me?
