Hi Guys,

I just signed up on this forum and i need help in figuring out my overall GPA for the CPA application. What are you supposed to put as your GPA if you went to multiple schools? I have always known to give out the GPA from the college i graduated from when applying for jobs, is it the same for the CPA app? If that’s the case, then what should i put for semester hours attended for accounting related courses? Or do i add all the grade points from ALL schools and divide by the hours attended which will give my overall gpa and then do the same for accounting related courses?

I also went to a couple different colleges. Honestly I sent my last schools GPA. You have to send in your official transcripts anyway, so they will see your hours for each school and your GPA for each school. For your accounting related courses I added those together. I actually created a spreadsheet with my courses and my credits because one school is trimester and one semester.
