CA Ethics Exam – Answer changes depending on year - Page 2

    I have a bit of a problem with a question on my CA Ethics exam. The included study materials are from 2010. One of the questions on my exam has an answer that would change depending on if you answer it as of 2010 or as of 2014. I’m thinking that I need to answer it as of 2010 since that’s what was provided as the study material. It’s driving me nuts that they would include a question that you have to answer incorrectly in order to get it correct! Probably going to end up trying to call someone official and ask but it’s still ridiculous to have this question included.

    AUD: passed!

    Congrats rowe33. How were you able to pass on your retry?

    I am on my 4th attempt and reading up on the chapter/subchapter based on the result feedback. No idea which questions I am getting wrong.
