hello!

just purchased the ethics exam material for california PETH exam… after researching the forums for tips, it seems like the exam has changed within the last year and i was hoping some of you that may have recently passed the exam might have some tips on how you studied, since now the questions change up everytime you take it… since the material is so dry & i’m sure no one has the patience to try to read all 300 pages, do you literally ctrl+f everything?! i saw that the materials have sample questions with the answers and “explanations” for wrong answers… not sure if those help?

also hoping some of you lucky ones can rub off some good luck dust on us new to the exam… :o)

I thank God that I got my CA ethics done right when they changed to the new test (old test still counted for me because I bought it back in June). CalCPA told me that the new test will be 150 questions, 3 sets total with 50 questions each set (public info). And yes, you have to pretty much Ctrl+F the whole reading material to answer the questions. Most of the sample questions on the reading material did not help me on the older test (test questions are way harder and confusing).

Make sure you read Chapter 4 at least, word for word..
