Hello All,

I have trouble with interpretation of the Attest experience hours. I work in the SEC reporting department for a publicly traded company. I prepare 10-Q and 10-Ks. In other words, most of what I do is preparing financial statements and Footnotes and Disclosures. Can I use my experience to qualifying for “Preparing full disclosure financial statements” section of Attestation experience? I will appreciate your response.

Preparing financial statements and attesting to them can be completely different. Attest usually means you're verifying somebody else's work.
