I dont know what my problem is! I need to just do it as I have passed all my exams, have my managers signed off for hours – but I still have anxiety even if its basically a TAKE HOME TEST/OPEN BOOK! haha Anyone else like this? I am just so scarred AND scared due to the CPA exams, even though this is a joke compare to those…I do not want to fail.

I was opposite, just wanted to get it out of the way, it can be done in one full day, gonna take take some patience, but knock it out while it's still in your head. 50 questions so make sure you take your time with each question.

Honestly the worst thing about it to me was just that the questions could be tricky and/or really long, but at the end of the day I felt that you could legitimately find the answer to each question in the PDF/textbook (highly prefer the PDF). So with that in mind, just gotta be patient and not be in a rush when doing this. I was and basically wasted my first two tries, then finally passed on my third.

The California ethics test is no joke. I found it harder than any of the four CPA sections and this ethics test is open book with a PDF file!

I failed it with an 82% the first time, passed with a 92% the second time around. Noticeably easier the second time around.

I heard the CA one is tough! Ugh! Anyone know where to find the results after you pass besides the screen shot I took for AICPA one????? I have to attach notification from the AICPA that I have passed the ethics course, but I am not seeing my results anywhere including my purchases and online learning…any ideas? I feel dumb

@CollegeAthletetoCPA just be careful on the transcript confirmation…. for CT the transcripts needed to be sent in a sealed envelope from the respective institutions.

Did anyone purchase the Ethics exam directly from AICPA's website? My state unfortunately doesn't have a link to purchase so I have no other option. I just want to make sure I'm getting the right thing. I think I need the one that specifically states for licensure, but I just wanted to confirm! I've added the link here so that someone can confirm that for me instead of searching on their own https://www.aicpastore.com/Ethics/professional-ethics–the-aicpa-s-comprehensive-cou/PRDOVR~PC-732302/PC-732302.jsp

    thanks!

@Mr.93 that is correct! I did the online one for license 2017. there is a practice test that is similar to the real test that I did and printed out.

@collegeathletetoCPA Thank you! Is the practice test within the option you mentioned?

@MR.93 – YES! Its under RESOURCES, once you start the course, and its in the participant manual at the end of that – its a huge pdf prob 200 pages but its the last pages, i think there are around 50 questions. I printed them out and found them in that pdf, and the test was a breeze after i did those.
