Mine arrive today in not so great condition. Is this normal? Do they iron it when I frame it!? My co worker thinks I should request another one. But they will still mail it in the cardboard tube they mailed it this time. I really don’t want to call and be “that one CPA” who wants a perfect license ha!

I cannot wait to hold my certificate, but would be a little more dissapointed if it was messed up. Texas now only prints wall certificates 2 times a year. I think attending the ceremony may be beneficial to receive a perfect copy.
