Mine arrive today in not so great condition. Is this normal? Do they iron it when I frame it!? My co worker thinks I should request another one. But they will still mail it in the cardboard tube they mailed it this time. I really don’t want to call and be “that one CPA” who wants a perfect license ha!

My first certificate was not centered properly. The writing on the top half was shifted left by about 2-3 inches! After many phone calls and asking the President of the state CPA association for help a new one showed up at my house. I didn't spend all that time, money, and effort to have a certificate that wasn't displayable (it was ridiculously out of center).

I had to ask for a replacement master's degree too. The envelope said do not bend and the mailman folded it in half to fit it in my mailbox.

Congratulations on finally your certificate after the long wait! My certificate had some wrinkles in it thanks to the stupid tube and had a hard time trying to get the certificate out of the tube.

You'll get your California CPA wallet card a couple weeks after you get your certificate. My certificate came and it was printed about 2 inches off-center so that it cut off some of the “DCA” logo in the bottom left. I called and spoke with them and they were very friendly and reissued me a new one at no cost.
