Am I a CPA yet?

    Okay – this is really stupid, but when do you get to add “CPA” to your name? I don’t have the paper in my grubby little paws yet, but I now have an active license number on the state website, issued yesterday. I feel like I should wait until I have the actual paper, in case it’s some weird data entry mistake. Right? It’s this very weird mix of wanting to completely celebrate, but also not being sure I can!

    Silly, I know. 😛 I got my last score almost 3 months ago, so it feels like I’ve been waiting forever for it. I’m impatient.

    FAR - 89
    REG - 81
    AUD - 88
    BEC - 80 - Annnnnd SCENE.

    You have a license number, your name when punched into the state website says you're a CPA… You're a CPA!

    Hmmm. I thought you could finally considered yourself a CPA along with meeting all the other requirements when you finally get your decoder ring.

    Hmm, not sure. Becker's “IMACPA” mnemonic isn't helping.

    I would assume you're all set when you're given your license number, though.

    FAR: May 1st, 2014 - 91
    AUD: May 29th, 2014 - 97!
    BEC: July 16th, 2014 - 91
    REG: August 29th, 2014 - 88
