    Starting off so we can track the status by state. (please keep this format going forward)

    Hopefully, my process is easier and faster than what others have posted in the previous threads.

    Application Type: 150 Credits (i.e. – 120 credits grandfathered in, 150 credits)

    Licensure Application Submitted: 11/7/2014

    Notification of Application Received: TBD

    Notification of Application Being Complete: TBD

    Notification that Application went to the Board for Review: TBD
