I passed the exams and submitted my first time licence application at the end of October with all requred documentation. So far, I have’t received anything from the State board. I called and emailed them many times in the past months to ask for the status. The State board just did’t reply anything. Anyone have similar experience?

I have been having troubles with other state organizations, and get frustrated as well. I have turned to state congressional members (Senate and Representatives) for assistance. Some are helpful in helping me get in touch with state agencies, while others also do not reply. As such, try every state rep that you can. I'm currently studying for the CPA (with UWorld Roger), and get frustrated as well when I attempt to make contact. I'm hoping that this is temporary due to COVID and will pass eventually.
