NTS Error?

I will be testing for the BEC in the United States but when I logged in to the NASBA portal to look up my NTS it seems to imply that I am assigned to the Guam administration? Has anyone experienced this? I have no business in Guam. It’s concerning as I don’t know if or how it will be fixed or if I will not be refunded the fee I paid.

Just a moment ago I emailed cbtnts@nasba.org but other then this I don’t know who to reach out to. I called an 800 number but due to Covid I received a recorded message instructing to send an email (no specific email was given) instead.

Thought I’d ask in case anyone has encountered something like this. TIA.

    Help.. anybody out there…?
When you login to view your NTS does it say anything about Guam? Or am I just missing something? I am a New Jersey resident and will be taking my exams in NJ. I don't know what Guam has to do with my jurisdiction.

I haven't heard back from the emails I sent to NASBA.

Please let me know if you've encountered anything similar or if you have any suggestions on how I can get this corrected. Thank you

Hi cpa125, is the Guam information saying Available Action with a world picture?
If yes, then you are fine, I think that is their default page.

    AUD - 86
    BEC - 89
    FAR - 91
    REG - 86
This is your journey, whether it takes 4 months, one year, or longer. You can do it!!!
