Confused About NTS/Need Advice

    So here is my situation:

I thought that I would be able to knock out all four parts this summer before I start law school in August. I only gave myself 10 days to study for my last test (FAR) and realized this week that it wouldn’t be enough time. So, I cancelled FAR and moved back REG (3rd test) to the date of FAR because I thought I would be able to reschedule FAR in January (so I will have a month to study once school is out). Later, I saw my NTS said the last date I’d be able to take the exam is 9/30/11. My questions are:

    1. Do I have to reapply for a NTS to take FAR in January?

    2. Will I have to repay the registration fees or just the cost to take FAR again?

You have to reappply for a NTS. I'm assuming the registration fee you're referring to is the one you pay to the state. For that you need to check with your state board of accountancy, but my guess is that you will have to pay that as well.

    FAR 4/1/11 - 89
    AUD 4/15/11 - 85
    REG 4/29/11 - 80
    BEC 5/13/11 - 85
